Jonatan Espinoza

Jonatan Espinoza, born in Nicaragua, is a self-taught artist who has been painting since the age of 10, with additional development through his studies in architecture. His work draws from surrealism, cubism, and impressionism, blending vibrant color, geometry, and texture into a distinctive visual language. Influenced by life’s hardships and fueled by a deep connection to family, Jonatan’s paintings invite viewers to reflect, connect, and find evolving meaning over time.

His art has been exhibited across Nicaragua and continues to gain recognition internationally, marked by a philosophy that views each piece as a living story rather than a static object. Today, he shares a strong artistic partnership with Daniel Savion Gupta, a collaboration born from a profound, language-transcending bond over the power of art.
